Do you sometimes go GamerGuy on a girl?

I'll explain.Do you sometimes talk about games or make a reference to one if you're talking to a girl(s).
I once did.It was only a joke,but she took it way too serious..anyway..

I was chatting with her.And she says:We should do something fun ^^.
I replied:Sure,Why not?I'll start up COD4.We'll do Shipment,1v1,nades&knives.
She gave me a ':)'..and she went offline.
The other day she returned and asked what I was going on about.
I told here I was just joking,we went to the movies that week...Still wanted to play nades&knives >_>

I don't have any game-related experiences with girls who I know don't like video games... I never bring up a game in a conversation with some girl I don't know well for example.

Did you go into details about the character models (i.e. Kojima's weird obsession of making Snake's ass as detailed as possible...)? If so, I can see why... :P Belgian girls must be more tolerant than British girls. If I started to talk about MGS to someone here she'd probably get her boyfriend/older brother to beat me up with a lead pipe. :| Kidding, but still...
