Cereal like Fruit Loops, Lucky Charms, Coco Puffs, etc.

I buy off-brand honey nut cheerios to save money and because they are supposedly good for the heart. I also buy off-brand Frosted Flakes because they are delicious.
I eat whatever cereal I like, whenever I want. Frosted Flakes included, Fruit Loops not anymore since they added the vitamin D or whatever the hell they did, it changed the flavor.
Who says cereal is only for breakfast time?
Regardless of when in the day, I try to eat healthier foods.
I don't really eat cereal; it's been years since I had any.
I love/loved cinnamon toast crunch and coco puffs, but prolly only cuz of all the sugar.
It's 130am here and I'm eating some fruity pebbles and a piece of toast and I'm thoroughly enjoying it at the age of 34.
The only cereal I eat is Frosted Flakes, and then only when I'm in too much of a hurry for anything else. Not really a big fan of cold cereal, I'd prefer at least oats and toast but sometimes time is too pressing for even that.
I typically eat whole-grain cereals like wheat chex and bran flakes. However I do usually binge on Boo Berries and Count Chocula when they come out in October.
I guess my top cereals would have to be Frosted Flakes, followed by Fruit Loops, Life, Cinnamon Toast Crunch and Apple Jacks. So, yeah, I guess I still eat some kids cereals.
Back in my chubby days, I use to eat a good 2-3 bowls of cinnamon toast crunch in one sitting. I was a fat ass lol.
But now if I even do it cereal, it will be bran flakes or something with less sugar. Ill usually top it with half a banana or strawberries to add some sweetness.
Also I will only have it with almond milk. Im addicted to that stuff.
Not frequently. I still enjoy them, but I've found I enjoy Oatmeal with honey just as much, so I stick with that.

No, kids cereals are ridiculously unhealthy, kid shouldn't even be having them in the first place. They load those things with so much sugar it's ridiculous. They just add in vitamin supplements to make it look more healthy (most of the time).

lol that and a combination of being lazy and fast food. But im not fat anymore.
Anyways ya I stopped drinking regular milk years ago. Almond milk is the shit. No sugar and it has heart healthy fats in it.
