Do you still enjoy "Hanging out" with ur parents?

Yeah so how often do you ever "Hang" with ur Mom or Dad? Do you still enjoy doing stuff with them at your age? Or do they just embarrass you most of the time and you avoid them at all cost....

If you have a embarrassing story, that involves you and them post it!

I actually hang out with my dad on a somewhat regular basis but i hardly ever hang out with my mom.

Ya, I enjoy doing pretty much anything with my Dad, be it building a deck, or hittin a few balls on the range.

Hmm, me too.

As I get older I come to enjoy the company of my mother. I'm 17 she's 34* so she still kind of "gets" everything. I've never really bonded with my step dad, we talk about computers, games and joining the military (he was in the navy, I'm joining the Marines) he's a good guy, but because he became my dad at such a late age (when I was 12) it's hard to really call him 'dad' or do any of the father-son stuff. I talk to my mom all the time and we get along great for the most part.

I generally get along better with older people, I don't know why, I just do.

I do actually like hanging out with my parents

My mom mostly. Cool person.(no really). Don't really hang out with dad. All my life there has been a big generational gap between me and him. I'm 20 and hes around 68 years old. And what with him having spent most of his life living in Vietnam(and of course having survived the war itself), theres really just such a huge difference that I just can't seem to connect or agree with him.

I dont get to see my parents that often but when I do I actually really enjoy hanging out with them...it's always a good time

SInce I live at home, while going to nursing school (much cheaper) I help my mother out with errands from time to time. usually get a free lunch out of it. My dad likes to go down to the shooting range with me. Usually supplies ammo so I can't complain either.

Meh. I draw the line at Mum's boyfriend. But the oldies aren't all bad.

I love hanging out with my Mom and my Grandma, theyre the bee's knees. I love them.

I like hanging with my dad on occasion, but me and mommy have more in common.

Mostly embarrassing, but through just talking you'd think she was one of our (my sister and I) friends. Also my sisters friends (girls) would say she was cool, but they were all teenage girls and we all know they're as mad and daft as each other. :P

I go fishing and hunting with my dad. Good times :)

I'm away at school, but when I go home I hang out with them a lot.

but when u r 22 and above (im) u wont feel like that, its quite good, ur mom n dad wont be like 'aww hes so cute' u 3 r gonna talk like three adults so yeah i habg out wih my folks when i can

I chill with both. I'm 19.. I never understood why it would embarrass you. I watch Yankee games with my dad all the time and I purposely drive my mother crazy just for fun. We have a good relationship.

I never "hang out" with my Dad. Ever. We live in the same house, so I see him often, bit its not like we do anything together. We havent in years. Its pretty sad actually. I go to my Mom's house mostly everySunday and hang out with her though.

Its fairly fun, especially yelling at the TV during a Phillies game. Brad Lidge sucks so bad now, he blew 9 games. :cry:

I live in another state than my parents. When I was at home, we would play board games and have eucher night and stuff. Still do when I travel home everynow and then. Good times. Love my parents (there, I said it).
