I took a long afternoon nap but now I can't sleep and I have a really long day tomorrow :(

I always used to think naps were for babies and old people. Then I went to university, and realized how great it was to be able to have quick naps in and around studying and papers.I don't usually get a lot of sleep at night, so every now and then a nap is great, though I usually just pass out from exhaustion, so I don't really plan a nap. I think short naps (about an hour or two) are a great thing to have...and now I feel old.

That's exactly how it is for me, glad someone else is on the same page as me :P
Nope, and if I did my door would most certainly be locked:P
Having had roommates I completely understand (and I kept my door locked knowing what they liked to do at night). I also get that taste in my mouth - kind of like morning breath, but not quite as strong.I never take naps intentionally. I always wake up covered in sweat for some reason when I do. :xSeraphimGoddessThat happens to me as well and I have no idea why its only when i take naps. It almost makes the nap worth not having because that first minute when I wake up is the worst.
I usually end up taking one and regret it because it ruins my whole day. Plus, it screws up my sleeping schedule.
