Do you think clubs should have better fire safety regulations?

This is a video of a fire back in 2003. While this was ten years ago, the club fire in Brazil reminded me about this topic again.

So what do you guys think of these situations? Should all clubs have sprinklers? Do you think exit signs are being clearly marked. Should people be punished harshly for using pyrotechniques indoors? Do you believe it should be against the law to have a club containing more than the maxinum capacity?

Yes it can get quite hot in clubs at times
