I live in Delaware and we all together got around 4 feet of snow this week...so you think maybe global warming must have done this, cause it sure is warm for this much snow to fall..... CHOASXIIIThey say it causes much colder winters and much warmer summers. Unless the winter is not that cold. Then it just makes everything warmer. Also the poles become warmer, the equator colder. Or both warmer. According to some, the equator and poles get warmer, and in between it gets colder. You should wait for it to happen before they have the answer, hey.
It's called winter. It's a natural process that the Earth undergoes every year.Genetic_Code
What is this winter you speak of?
Where I live, not only is it warmer than it was a month ago, but the days are getting longer! If that's not climate change, I don't know what is.
We're getting sleet on the beach right now. Crazy stuff. Weather changes. That's the way I look at it.
Melting ice caps and glaciers disrupt warm ocean currents. The same ocean currents that we rely on to provide us with mild winters. Britain is supposed to get it's ass kicked because of all the ice melt from Greenland.
As for me, I'm in BC Canada and I could walk outside with a t-shirt on right now. We had maybe about a week and a half of snow on the ground in my city, and that was about a month and a half ago.
this was an epic post.Where I live, not only is it warmer than it was a month ago, but the days are getting longer! If that's not climate change, I don't know what is.

Winter's a hoax made up by winter coat companies to make money! :x
Meanwhile they have to ship in snow to the winter olympics due to record breakingly high temperatures.
Why shouldn't it be because of Global Warming? It hits 100F in Kansas City in June: global warming. It hits -40 in Anchorage in March: global warming. Extra hurricanes: global warming. Few hurricanes: global warming. Flood: global warming. Drought: global warming.
No. What caused your state to get so much snow is known as the arctic osscilation. It's currently in it's extreme negative phase. The arctic oscillations negative phase is characterised by greater air pressure over arctic regions and weaker air pressure over mid northerly latitude regions. This pushes the colder arctic air southward while the warmer air that it replaces gets pushed northward. Below I will post pictures (For the third time today) showing how this works.
The current and past phases of the arctic oscillation:
And I will provide a link showing that yes, indeed what I stated before is indeed happening.
