Do you think home-sexuals should be allowed in the military???

I think even though they do things that are seen by many as wrong and evil, they are still human beings, still, even though alot of Gays are nice, I, I know it sounds racist but, the military isn't a gay thing.

Other than that, if they're tough enough, and don't try anything with all the other strait guys, then they should be welcome, just, they shouln't be trying to flirt around with all these strait guys and all. And they shouldn't change the rules around either, they're just humans who, like the same gender, but don't screw around with things.

So I think gays should be allowed in the military, just with certain restrictions and rules.

PS: Different branches might mean something.

EDIT: I mispelled a word, but anywayI think I can truly have the best opinion once I join the USMC, infact they should see what all the military personel think first, not just some senators or civilian or whatnot.

The don't ask, don't tell policy does have it's pros and cons:

Cons: Discriminates against homosexuals.

Pros: I get an excuse to dodge the draft. :P

Yes they should. Our armed forces need all the help they can get. Instead of having to lower their standards all the times and allowing people in their forties to join the military, why not let able bodied homosexuals join up? There is nothing wrong with that. Headbanger88
