Do you think Off-topic Discussion should be split into different sub forums?

On gamespot there are General forums, where the General game disscusion and Off-topic boards are located. Then there are Platform forums, as well as some other types. Do you think Off-topic should have it's own section in between. Maybe in the section, there could be a board for politics/religion threads, another board for movies/entertainment, and maybe another one for something else.

I think this would ease the frustration of seeing the same athiest/obama topics over and over, but if you want to discuss that, you can enter that subforum. Just a suggestion, but I think it might ease the repetition, and create a more efficent system.

I know it's been that way forever, but I think my suggestion is an intelligent way to approach it, atleast from an organizational stand-point. I mean, there's a seperate board for sports, why not a seperate board for politics and movies?

There is no reason for sub forums.
