Yes, the universe is finite, and science has proven this. Einstein did many things that led to this, but he tried to cover it up out of religious denial. In fact, the universe is actually shrinking.Video_Game_King
Not yet, it will though.

Uh, what? Einstein was not religious.:|
He was in an Isaac Newton sort of way. He tried to find answers that weren't there.
Was Isaac Newton not a Christian? :?CptJSparrow
Well he came up with an argument to prove God(the is too intricate not to have had a designer). Really simple argument though, now been kinda proved incorrect.

Newton was a devoted Christian. Einstein , if he followed any religion at all, was a pantheist.

Einstein was at least of Jewish descent, and I'm not sure what the hell a pantheist is :P.

Let me put it this way: Einstein had pride in his Jewish heritage, but not of Jewish religion, and his religiosity lay in his awe for the inexplicable nature of the universe's mathematics and laws, and thus his humble place in it.I don't see how anyone can positively say that the universe is or isn't infinite. Has a satellite ever been to the end? No. Has anyone ever seen the end? No. We can all express our opinion on this subject but there hasn't been proof yet.cukoo
There is much more to it than that....
Theres a few theories on what happens to the Universe over time. One theory is it will never stop, and eventually all the energy will equalize, so we have no chance then. Another is that it'll stop expanding and bounce off of some "walls" and come back like an echo. Another is that it'll reach a stretching point like a rubber band, then collapse on itself and cause another big bang, going in a neverending cycle.olionI think the first one seems most likely. When all the energy in the universe is equalized it will go poof. Some physisists theorize the universe is actually a false vacuum, and when the energy that maintains the false vacuum is exhausted and the true vacuum will collapse the bubble. No more universe.
