Clothes should only be worn to keep us safe from harsh conditions. Otherwise we should be able to run around naked.

Superficiality has gone too far. If we had the chance to start the whole world again with no clothing, then i would say yes.

Clothes should be used for weight training and protection from nature's fury!!.......but other than that (:P), the only reason for it is insecurity.

Well not all clothes are bad. I'd rather wear clothes in winter than freeze my nips off. Summer and Late Spring should be the only time you don't have to wear clothes. You shouldn't wear clothes in fall cuz there's lots of leaves and twigs and crap blowing in the wind.

lets look at it objectively here: If clothing never existed outside of protection from the cold, the "inequality" between the sexes would be absolutely non-existant. Sex would be a normal, everyday thing to everyone. Everyone would be open to everyone. Wars wouldn't be as much of a problem, if any problem at all. The world would most definitely be a better place.

No, the world wouldn't "be a better place" at all. Clothing protects us from intense heat/cold, as well as other natural nuisances. Without those I still would say no, because in no way would the world be better without clothes. (Unless you're trying to save money/space)

You're smoking something if you think we could live without clothing. Let's say it's warm, nice and sunny outside. Go ahead, run around naked - You know what you're doing? You're exposing your entire body to ultra violate radiation. Our Sun is much more violent than it was 2000 years ago, emmitting about twice as much UV rays. Quite simply, millions would die from cancer alone, not to mention the cases of hypothermia, suicide with forks in peoples eyes (trying to pull them out apparently), and there would be a dramatic increase of rape, and conservatism and self esteem would all but die. If i have a small gut or look a bit ugly, currently i can do a fairly effective job at covering that up with a nice jacket or shirt.

Well you can't deny that being naked is more comfortable :P

Personally i prefer wearing clothes outside, now i don't know if its because i'm in Scotland and its freezing and rains all the time here, or the fact that i don't fancy being naked when i leave the house because A. I might trip and hurt things. And bare skinned too.... B. Wearing a Kilt with nothing underneath provided me with enough proof that certain things need to be contained...
