Maybe it is the people who help the moderators by reporting trolls, disruptive posts, offensive threads/language, threads like this,etc?

Not sure what you wished to accomplish with this TC. But if you are angry at people who report for legitimate reason, you may want to direct your anger at the poor quality thread makers, not the people who try to help keep GS a nice, useful,and friendly place to talk about games and other topics related to the forum they are posted in.

Also, keep in mind that gamers range in age widely. So we do try to keep inappropriate topics and postings from the eyes of an 8 year old who may be scarred for life for wandering into somebody's account suicide thread.

No. I think the people who get modded frequently do a very nice job of drawing attention to themselves.

I think there may be some ppl who believe it is their civic responsibility to draw attention to every small indiscretion, and some who just like to feel victimised.

This doesn't mean that all moderations are due to a small minority.

what i think he is thinking is people who are in no relation or working/intact with. not sure how i wanna say this. But like someone who isnt there for the reason of moderating or spying on the threads. A person like me or you (if you are not one of them) going around and purposly trying to get someone moderated

I dont report people for anything regardless of what it is. Im just lazy and nigh impossible to offend. I wouldnt even make the effort to report someone even if i was offended.

I do however watch what i post. Ive been modded with point loss for things that i didnt even remember doing.
