I don't know, but I think popularity in highschool is a very dumb thing. ;p

I don't see what it has to do with the topic but since you asked I'm 20.

Anyway, I'm not really popular, never wanted to be either, only the ones that really matter are close to me.

Was I popular by "mainstream" standards in high school? Hells no. But I still had a circle of like 15-20 friends to hang out with all of the time.

No I was not and I dont care if I was.

I only had like 9 people back in high school that I could really talk to.

I lie not, I have no real friends. The closest I have to a friend is a my buddy on myspace who lives in San Bernadino, about 30 mins from my house. He's the only one who sends me messages on myspace lol.

I've been stuck inside my house taking care of my grandma and grandpa who have past away and are in Heaven at this moment. I guess I have just been in my house gaming and talking over the net and I really need to get a move on with my life.

i know a whole ot of people because im in a band ....but im not sure what you mean by popular

i woulda been depressed if i had been home schooled....just my opinion tho...im definatly not judging you

Yeah, I thought that at first too. But I've been going with friends to parties just about every weekend, so it isn't bad at all for me. My favorite part of all though is that I can go to bed whenever I want and get up whenever I want and start school.

Yeah, I think I am. I'm 20 now, but back in high school I had dozens of friends, on facebook (not sure how much that counts) I have around 500. When I went to college I was friends with my entire dorm floor in less than a month.

So yeah, I'd say I'm popular. But right now it's weird.. because I'm not back in college, I sit at home alone all the time and only have my girlfriend to talk to since she's still in high school in my town..

There are some friends, better than others, but you would easily see we're all extremely connected ^_^

It pisses me off that people speak of others with an extremely big lack of knowledge.

quite alot of people said the same as you at my old highschool but that was just the group they hung out with, within the group there were smaller groups that were actually friends, they looked alot more popular than they actually were and some people in the same group completely hated each other but wouldn't show it

Well.. The people who said that, are not me =)

I know there's nothing I can say to make you understand that because my life is a lot different than most's, in every aspects.. and I do mean a lot.

But! Here's a brief explanation: We have a group called Heichedemark, we organize a bunch of events locally, we started off with 50 members on our group, which was our circle of friends, and no, we didn't have small groups of friends, we were really close. When there was a get together, lunch, dinner, coffee, camping, WHATEVER, we would all go.

Then, we ended up being pretty much "known" for our events.. We met people, and more people, and whether you believe it or not, we all ARE friends, there's no "groups of friends", of course there's those I trust more than others. We aren't all always together.. But we bought a warehouse, in which we hang out nearly all day together.
