What is otaku ? Naruto owns all.

i dont know what otaku is....i dont watch anime....and i barely play games anymore....lakers-for-life

Otaku in Japanese means someone that is obsessed with something, so obsessed that its seen as a bad thing.  Often this something being anime. However, in the US otaku is used to describe one who watches a lot of anime and is knowledgeable about it.

I love anime, but I am a gamer before I am an otaku. 8)

Nah, I'm not into plots, characters, action, romance, horror, adventure, mystery, or comedy.

Hell yes. I'm currently following Lucky Star, One Piece, El Cazador, Hayate The Combat Butler, Claymore, among other things. Only been downloading Lucky Star lately, though, cause' of computer issues.Teuvan

yes I do watch anime.....I think it's great...but I NEVER watch english dubbed anime...It's mostly crappy.

My favourites are : Neon Genesis Evangelion , Samurai Champloo, SaiKano, Bleach and Elfen Lied...with Evangelion being on top.

I won't consider myself an otaku though.....I'm not obsessed.

Sometimes I'll watch it if it's on Cartoon Network, but the action is so damn slow on most of the shows . . . either that, or the characters are incomprehensible. Elraptor
