I don't most of the time, I just walk out once the names appear, maybe because I don't want to look odd sitting there wile everyone is leaving. But on rare occasions, I tend to watch the credits till the end either because it's interesting or there's an awesome song.

Sometimes. Sometimes I like to just sit there and talk about the movie... depending on who I'm with.

If there is stuff during or after the credits, yeah.

Otherwise no.

I usually wait until everyone is gone before I leave the theatre, so that usually results in me watching a good chunk of the credits. I've yet to sit through all of the credits though.

sometimes they put some extra scene or bloopers when a movie ends...in which case I stay, but otherwise I leave, I have no interest in watching a black screen with a bunch of names scrolling down

Ussually. It makes it easier to leave when everyone is gone plus sometimes there is extra stuff at the end.

Yes, I look for Greek last names. I blame my parents for that habit.

Only when there's something during the credits, like an extra scene or bloopers. Also when there is something cool after the credits like Iron Man or Cloverfield.

If there's an awesome song, I tend to stay. But my friends often leave unless there's a good song on.

Yeah, see...in theory I think it's in good taste to acknowledge the people who made the movie. But realistically, I'm not going to remember 99% of those names anyway.

I could watch the credits and see that Joel Josephson was the lead gaffer. If I then walked out and some dude IMMEDIATELY said to me, "hi, my name is Joel Josephson", I'd be like, "who the hell are you, and why are you talking to me?"

So yeah...if I had a chance in hell of even remembering more than 0.25% of the credits, then I'd probably stay and watch the credits. But if I can't even retain that information for the brief amount of time that it takes me to walk to my car, then why bother?

I used to just watch the credits and wait for other people to leave first so it wouldn't be so crowded trying to get out of the row.

Depends, sometimes I might want to see the name of an actor/actress, I might like the song, or on the rare occasion I might want to just sit in the dark for awhile and think about what I've just watched.

I don't because I typically go with people who like to get up and leave as soon as the movie is over. But when I watch a movie by myself at home, I stay for the end credits. The movie needs to end perfectly though. And the music has to be appealing.

Yeah usually I do especially if I happen to go on a busy weekend (although I usually avoid that) as I'd rather just be able to get up and walk out than slowly make my way out with a pack of people. Also I'll sometimes jot down some notes if I'm thinking of writing a review and other times I want to see who worked on particular aspect of the film that caught my eye.

If I feel like there might be extra footage after the credits then I'll stay through the credits. Or if there's something I wanted to know in the credits.

When the credits come on, it is the cue to leave the theater.

Most the time I don't. If I'm in no rush and the music from the movie is good, I've been known to sit through a few here and there.

It depends, if it's packed then I'll wait until the majority have left, if there are only a few people then I'll go straight away.

Depends on where I sit. If it's at the beginning/end of the row, I leave as soon as the credits roll. If it's in the middle, I stick around for a minute or two, waiting for the people in the theater to leave. I always try to find a seat at the end of the row.

Very rarely; I've had a couple friends who worked on movies, and I'd always wait to see their names in the credits. A woman I knew was a script supervisor (aka "continuity girl") for Men in Black, Air Force One and Forrest Gump, among others.

Only if there are out-takes or blooper reels playing during the credits. If not, I wait a few seconds for people to leave (because I hate being squeezed in large crowds) then I'm outta there.

I only watch the credits if I enjoyed the movie. I want to find out who's responsible for giving me my money's worth.

When I'm there alone, yes, I'll always watch the credits.

If I'm with people, no, they usually like to leave before the credits are over.
