No. It's not MY job to tell them the rating of the game. It is only my job to make sure that the person renting the game is of legal age.
It isn't my job to do the ESRB's job. They rate the games. They put the big M or big E there on the game box for a reason! I can't believe people then moan when their child is playing that said M rated game. The ESRB didn't fail to do it's job. It was either your fault as a parent or the person who sold them the game.
