Do you work out?if so how much daily or weekly and do you have a 6 pack?becuase i'm trying to get one

I work out 5 days a week, building on 6. As for the 6 pack.......working on it.

I do some form of physical activity everyday. Be it lifting weights, or running, or sports.

i work out about 3-4 times a week, im a liftime fitness member. paying that much money for that memberships means is enough adrennaline to go there a lot. luckily my parents pay for tit as im 17. im hoping to get a 6 pack ready for graduation and for summer. then ill lose it due to drinking in parties.lol
if u do a lot of running, pressups, situps, running up and down stairs is the quickest way to get one. u also want muscles on ur arms and legs to mach though. i have huge legs for my size(skinny 5"8) and close to a 6 pack, but my arms suck. i can bearly do the curling machoine on the first bar in sets(5pounds)

does anyone know whats the best protien drinks to get bigger faster? i know it is short term and not long term but i want to get bigger.

I work out about 30 mins or an hour a day atleast 6 days a week... no I don't have a 6pack, or even a half pack :P ... but eh, I keep in shape atleast.

I don't work out and I don't have a six pack, though I still have some definition. I'm pretty strong for someone my size.

Yes I work out. I do it about 4 times a week, and my six pack is little visible. The best way to get one is use the yoga balls. Trust me.

I exercise daily, dont think Id consider it a work out though. Just pilates and running. I dont have a six pack, and I dont want one.

The thing that alot of people don't realize about abs is that most people already have good ones. The whole thing about achieving a 6 pack is really based on body-fat%. Depending on the person, males "6-pack" should be visible once a body-fat% of 10-14% is achieved.

i never work out, and i'm in noi way, shape, or form over weight, infact i probably weigh a bit less than average. the most excersize i get is walking to school, and at work i have to push carts

I ride about 10 miles or so on a bike as well as crunches and pushups everyday. Nothing extravagant. I'm not trying to get ripped, I'm trying to be healthy.

I walk a lot and lift stuff at work a lot but thats about all the working out I do, so I probaly should do more since I think im starting to get a lil gut.

I am a tri-sport athlete at Rancho Bernardo High school and i lift 6 days aweek. I am a sophmore and lettered in both football and track. I throw the discus in track so wieght lifting is probably the most important thing i do. I have six pack.

That makes sense coz I'm fairly skinny, never work out, yet I have a six-pack (well, sort of)
