What do you do? What's your workout routine? (you can also say what you do to keep fit.. ex: basketball, running, weight lifting, etc.)
I've been working out lately.. lifting weights.
Mon:
(Workout A)
3 sets of 5 reps Squats
3 sets of 5 reps Bench Press
1 set of 5 reps Deadlifts
2 sets of 15 Weighted Decline Abs
Wed:
(Workout B)
3 sets of 5 reps Squats
3 sets of 5 reps Overhead Press
5 sets of 3 reps Power Cleans
2 sets of 15 Weighted Decline Abs
Fri:
(Workout A again)
Then the next week, the routines would switch. Meaning, Monday is workout B, then wed is workout A, then fri is workout B again.
I increase weight by 2.5 to 10 lbs each workout on each exercise.
