What do you do? What's your workout routine? (you can also say what you do to keep fit.. ex: basketball, running, weight lifting, etc.)

I've been working out lately.. lifting weights.

Mon:

(Workout A)

3 sets of 5 reps Squats

3 sets of 5 reps Bench Press

1 set of 5 reps Deadlifts

2 sets of 15 Weighted Decline Abs

Wed:

(Workout B)

3 sets of 5 reps Squats

3 sets of 5 reps Overhead Press

5 sets of 3 reps Power Cleans

2 sets of 15 Weighted Decline Abs

Fri:

(Workout A again)

Then the next week, the routines would switch. Meaning, Monday is workout B, then wed is workout A, then fri is workout B again.

I increase weight by 2.5 to 10 lbs each workout on each exercise.

I never exercise and I can eat all I want and still manage to weight less than 50 kilos. (Don't know the pounds equivalent).

I've been going to the gym since January, mostly cardio though since I wanted to lose weight... I've lost 60 pounds since.

Now I was supposed to start doing way more lifting weights, but somehow ever since my first vacations in 5 years starte, I've felt depressed and incredibly tired, so I haven't worked out much in the last 2 weeks... I'l get back to it soon.

Yeah i know what you mean. I'm taking summer classes in college and working while lifting every other day (except for the two day break on the weekend).

I've been doing it for only 3 weeks, but I can already notice a difference. Very happy. It's not just lifting though, it's my diet too.. increasing calories and protein. It's tough but worth it.

Basically choose a cardio event each day, tends to be basketball, but occasionally I might jog/walk, ice skate, play tennis, etc. Then later in the day, ill do push ups and sit ups. Thats about it, i'm also trying to eat healthier as well.

I've been going to the gym since January, mostly cardio though since I wanted to lose weight... I've lost 60 pounds since.

Now I was supposed to start doing way more lifting weights, but somehow ever since my first vacations in 5 years starte, I've felt depressed and incredibly tired, so I haven't worked out much in the last 2 weeks... I'l get back to it soon.

lol well im skinny and not proud. But I'm also not a woman. So I'm trying to bulk up more. I'm not skinny skinny but i'm thin.

Thanks :D I feel (felt up to 2 weeks ago) so much better in general, and gained self-confidence, etc. I completely changed my diet, eat less but way better, and more proteins so I feel fuller, gym... Lots of efforts, but it's been paying off big time!

Yeh I can see why guys want to be bulky. And I'm not skinny twig thin which is why I added curvy :) I hate women who are stick thin, they look unhealthy.

Yeah, I don't make a big deal out of it, but sometimes I like to go get ice cream and stand in front of the Victory Lady and eat it orgasmically whilst staring at the fat women on Stairmasters.

Aww thanks :) That really made my day that did :D Lol not really, they're interested in normal (*cough* orange girls). But I love Braindead_hero so it doesn't matter :)

Yes but im not too consistent, most of my inactivity is during winter since i do most of my exercising outdoors and i really hate the cold. ;p

Lol have you got a godly metabolism too? I was proper chuffed with being able to eat every 20mins (mostly KFCs!) and not put on any weight. But I've started to notice it creeping up...

Solution = Carry on eating (because I love food!) and get Wii fit :P

He's the male equivalent of myself for both reasons. For having godly metabolism and for eating an ice cream in front of chubby ladies working out.

Also, I eat at least two giant chocolate bars per week and I don't gain any weight whatsoever. I also eat pizza almost every three days and I still don't gain weight. I'd consider that godly. :P

Im exactly the same, I LOVE IT. But I play football so I've been working out for 3 years. I pretty much am a god.

I try to work out at least 4 times a week. Sometimes it's less because I get caught up in work and stuff. I don't really have a diet, but I try to eat healthy (sodas are out of the question completely).

Meh. I eat healthy and have a fairly decent metabolism, so I dont have to work out toooooo much, but I do ride my bike a few miles a day.

Well, I have Hypothyroidism (insufficient production of thyroid hormone byt the thyroid gland), and no matter what I do I'll never be skinny.

Either way, I'm quite happy with my body. I always go out for walking and I dance rock and roll since I'm 15.

I don't work out, but I really should. My issue is that I say I'm going to start working out and then I always think of excuses not to when the time comes.

2 slices? I can eat an entire pizza! :P I have a KFC every couple of days, I snack every 20 mins or so :) My favourite foods are pasta, pizza and kebabs. Lots of carbs! I'd be ****ed if it weren't for my metabolism!

I usually go walking in the woods, come back, do 30 or 45 curl-ups with hand weights, got up and down with them like 30 times, lift them from the waist over my head, do thirty push ups, a few pull ups, do 60-80 sit ups, and 30 ab wheel things, those numbers are generally spread out over two or three sessions, I mix it all up, but that's all done in one day.

I work out if I have time, and if I feel like it. Otherwise I'd say I'm pretty fit.

I try to run everyday.

I have terrible metabolism so I have to do it or I'll look like a cow. I also lift weights 3 or 4 times a week but I don't really get into like TC. Sit ups, push ups, and stretches is what I also do daily too.
