3 times a week in the morning before Uni or work at the gym, though I do some exercise every day when I'm at home (free weights and swiss ball work).
I do TaeKwonDo twice a week and I get am lot of exercise at work. Got a big back mounted vacuum that I walk around with eight hours a week while cleaning apartment complexes and some heavy lifting while working on build projects with my dad.
I do weights six times a week and try to get in another three cardio sessions.. so I guess that's a total of 9 gym visits a week. I used to have broomball as well but tonight was our last game :(
Yoga for 1 hr 7 days a week
Aerobic Exercises for 1+ hour(s) - Monday - Wednesday - Friday
Weight Training for 90 min - Tuesday - Thursday
Capoeira - Everyday - anywhere from 30 min to 3hrs depending on how I'm feeling, how much time I have and whether or not there is something new I really wanna get down :P
yeah I run/jog 3 miles 3 0r 4 times a week. I wanted to lose enough fat to start on my abs and chest. I am at 155 so I think I am good to go no?
[QUOTE="Solid_Link22"]Depends on your height. I would be considered obese if I weighed 155 lbs.yeah I run/jog 3 miles 3 0r 4 times a week. I wanted to lose enough fat to start on my abs and chest. I am at 155 so I think I am good to go no?

I'm 5'3 lol.Xeros606Wow, don't take this as an insult or anything, but are you female? The reason I ask is because 5'3 is the average height for females and very few men are 5'3. Anyway, 120lbs man, you must be light as a feather!
Dude, isnt that a bit much? six times a week? Your muscles need time to heal and grow. The most you should probably do is 3 (4 if you want to push it) intense sessions a week or you will see very little muscle gain. The main thing is having a rest day in between each session.I do weights six times a week and try to get in another three cardio sessions.. so I guess that's a total of 9 gym visits a week. [QUOTE="Xeros606"][QUOTE="MrLions"]yup, i can bench half my weight now! :DMrLionsI can already do that and I never work out! :P (I'm 120 lbs.) I'm 126lbs. I gained 6 pounds from working out! :D Dude...how is it possible to be 126lbs!? You guys need to take pics so I can see this, because no way this can be real :x. Doesn't like the wind carry you when you walk outside? :P
I haven't since I was in high school, which was about three years ago. I have a very fast metabolism so I don't really need to workout to maintain my weight and I never really cared about weight training since I started college. I'm 5' 10" and I weight about 145lbs.
Not saying I don't exercise. I do action sports (skateboarding, snowboarding) and some other stuff. As far as doing cardio or going to a gym though, don't do it.
No, don't see the point in jogging / going to the gym when I have way more fun and also get plenty of exercise by playing a sport.
I go for a run everyday after school. I like to keep fit. I usually go for a 3km run every weekday. And 5km on Saturdays. Sundays I don't run. :P
Used to.
Wednesday and saturday, with kung fu, and needed the rest of the days to recover.
But i don't feel like it anymore. There isn't really a point anyways, i don't believe much in workout making me healthier.
I used to run track from age 7-8 till age 14, very consistently and also took part in several local games.
EDIT: Specifically sprinting. But I also practiced a lot in hurdles and broad jump (of course did other stuff briefly too - sphere, high jump, javeline throwing etc)
EDIT 2: But I guess working out mostly refers to lifting weights and such?

I don't do the same muscle group more than once a week (with minimal compound lift overlap), so there's plenty of recovery time. And the cardio is just to get the heart pumping so it's not taxing on the muscles.
Here's what I'm doing currently:
Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Back
Wednesday: Shoulders
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Arms
Saturday: Abs/core
It is a bit more high risk, but it's a well made split and with enough sleep and food it's been working very well.
