like right now i have a project that would only take me like 90 minutes to do if i really focused and just did it... but instead i'm such a lazy mofo... i've been on the PC since like 3:00 PM and it's almost 7:30 now and i keep saying "yea i'm gonna do it really quick let me just check gamespot... or listen to this song... or check weather.com... or look up stuff on wikipedia... etc." so really i've barely gotten anything on it done but if i just stopped doing all this other stuff and focused on my project i would have had it done a couple of hours ago... it seem like I do this with all school work... i will open up a blank word document and not actually do anything with it until i start feeling sleepy...
You've pretty much described my life. I woke up at 1.30pm today. I started work at about 10pm. Stopped by 11. Am considering starting again at some point...... (it's now half 12 here)
I have major motivation issues. I never used to; but i finished high school with amazing grades after all that hardwork, finally got to college and now it's just dead. I have nothing inside me which tells me to pick up a pen and do my assignment. I got a D for effort on one of my evaluations, and i really didn't care. If i dont start doing some work soon, i wont fail my exams.... but i wont get what i know i'm capable of. It's part over-confidence, part extreme laziness, really.

Yes all the time. Do you know what's really aggravating? On those rare occasions in which you do get to a project or task early and you don't have to worry about it anymore, you feel great! You feel so happy to not have to worry about it anymore! Yet even though I know this, I STILL procrastinate like crazy! Stupid! Stupid! Stupid!

Same thing is happening to me rite now, but its too late, i have a project due tomorow and i have all the info and everytin but i kept putting it off, i needed to make a calendar, but i uno just couldnt do it and now its like almost 11 pm. so im in trouble
