That depends on where you go. I'd assume most schools would have a break of some sort anyway.

I think that being forced/feeling obligated to say "happy holidays" is complete and total BS. It's not like saying "Merry Christmas" to a non-Christian is offensive---it's just a kind gesture, for crying out loud. I celebrate Christmas, but I don't care if Jews say "Happy Hanukkah" to me, for the sake of example. Say what you want to say---don't say what you think you should "have" to say. I always said Happy Holidays before it was the 'correct' thing to do. Holidays for me = xmas and new years, thats more than 1 holiday so I say happy holidays.
