Party poopers. You guys just don't like anything played 24/7. Even some of you that say the lyrics are stale, I'd like to see you not only become millionaires, but win the hearts of young girls, sell over 28 million albums, and 31 million singles.
Not familiar enough to make that distinction, kind of like the song that say "Let's get********* in here" (I think that's what it says.) Pretty sick of the one that says, "Tonight's gonna be a good night." So I guess I'd have to here some stuff that you're only gonna catch on one of their albums to judge them.

Compare the lyrics of any song on The E.N.D. to their past albums. You will find that they are far less exciting as their earlier works. You don't need to be talented to make millions. You just got to know how to market your product. Hardly anyone heard of the BEPs back when their first two albums were out. They were considered underground, until they decided to recruit Fergie, make their music more pop orientated, dumb down their lyrics and now all of a sudden, they're smash hits. This is why the majority of modern pop music is so appalling.

You might want to edit...... To be honest, he should be fine. He's quoting a line from a song, and he's not applying the term negatively to anyone in here. It would be a stretch for him to be modded for it in my opinion.

Well what I've always read was that term isn't to be used as slang. And we're responsible for our quotes. But that is up to him, of course. Just didn't want to see him get into trouble. You seem to know your BEP's.....

I do. I was listening to them back in 97 or 98 when they first came out. Back to the term, though, the term itself won't get you modded; it's what you do with it. Like, if I called you "retarded", yeah, I'd get slapped with a moderation (or even just for flaming), but in this context, just quoting it from a song is harmless in my eyes. Of course, I can't really speak for the mods, since I'm not an activity authority anymore. :P
