What is the meaning of LIFE?

did we just happen to naturally evolved on this massive rock we call our home Earth?

Sorry but i just lost someone who really meant a lot to me.

The meaning to life is that there is no meaning and its a random occurance just like how the rest of the universe is.

If it means anything..Rocks are higher then all of us.

They have been around since the beggining and we havent.

Does a rocks life suck?

For christians (my religion) the meaning of life is to have a relashionship with god, and that we can love him and rejoice with him.

life may seem pretty screwed up sometimes. but eventually life will move on. you cant change the past, but you can influence the future.

Life sucks. But you are probably better off than ~80% of the world.

At least you don't have to worry about crippling starvation, dying from unpleasant diseases and the darker sides of humanity.

But unemployment and social misfires are just as bad, aren't they?

I don't know, I think life is pretty awesome and way better than being in complete darkness where nothing happens.

Life is sometimes crappy or good but you both learn from those. It's about experiencing and learning. You learn a heck a lot from mistakes and those mistakes take you to your goal. Life is what you make it.

Life on Earth was the result of many things coming together in the right place at the right time... the perfect location in space, orbiting the right sun, the right elements, etc. I don't see life as having any true inherent purpose, something which we are born into, outside of the obvious survival. I see life as an opportunity for one to create their own meaning, to find their own purpose, one which makes them as happy and content with things as possible. Maybe one day, when humanity is far more advanced and knowledgeable than it is now, we'll have a better understanding of the universe around us, how it came to be, what is happening with it, if there is anything else beyond the universe, and at that point, maybe life will achieve some greater purpose which now is unknowable. For the present though, life's purpose or meaning is finding the right purpose or meaning.

The meaning of life is that...life doesn't have a meaning . Of course you can try to have some goals but it still doesn't have a meaning , only for you . Humans just reproduce right now , pretty basic .

Although no one knows the meaning to life, that does not mean that you don't have desires and feelings that can be satisfied. There are many satisfactions to be found throughout life, and by ending it early, you are just cheating yourself.
