Does anyone know where I can find a quiet desk fan that works well?

I am searching for a fan that I can put on my desk at work. I looked at Amazon, but all of the reviews for the fans I looked at say that the fans aren't really that quiet or that they don't produce very much breeze.

Anyone happen to know where I can get one that works well and is super quiet?

Don't waste you're money on a stupid $200-300 dyson fan. Good lord. It's not better than a $15 Honeywell fan from Walmart.

A desk fan isn't going to be that loud to begin with.
