no it technically isnt. You cant make pasta using ketchup can you? that would taste horrible. Real tomato sauce used for pasta and pizza taste NOTHING like ketchup. Ketchup has tons of other nasty ingredients, tomato sauce may be a nickname because its all saucy like and partially made with tomatos.
