Lets get down to business, I recently recieved my Wi-Fi USB connector, to play online, However, It ISN'T an Nintendo one, I have tried connecting, but it does no allow me too, at first i thought it was because I do own a Wireless Router (I bought the USB connector, because my router is WPA protected not WEP and I don't want to change it) but now i'm starting to think it's because it isn't an Nintendo connector.

So simply, does the connector have to be a:
Nintendo Wi-Fi USB Connector? Or just an average Wi-Fi Connector?

All help apreciated:)

-This is for the Nintendo DS by the way.

No, you should be able to use any router that supports 802.11b, I think...

EDIT: Oh, nevermind... I think that for the wireless connector you probably need to use a Nintendo-specific model.

No one is on that board, I need an answer while I can, so I can take it back, knowing it is the wrong one, instead of taking it back, and later finding it does not matter :(

I edited my post... I doubt a non-Nintendo wireless connector will work with the DS.
