not a very smart question ........but HELL yes it counts. Obviously you should ALWAYS wear a condom, and it counts because its only like 98% effective in preventing diseases and pregnancies. like duhhhhhh :-P totally
In my opinion, condoms are the only way to go, unless you want children or a STD. For one thing, they are what? 85-95% effective? Those are pretty good odds. Also, they prevent prenancy and are the only tool between you and AIDS/VDs. Thirdly, on a physical note, they prevent early orgasm in men. For some men, that's a huge problem, and can add about 1-3 minutes to intercourse, depending on how much.......Uh......Thrusting there is.

Yeah, I wouldn't say too young to know about sex. I was 15 when I lost my virginity...but I know I was ready, & a lot of kids aren't and do it for really wrong reasons. & if you don't even know the definition of sex and/or virginity then I don't think you are ready to partake in it.
