Well she's 23 I'm 20 and idk if she likes me or not she gives me hints she does for example she said I love it when you're here. Then she always find a way to be near me like she stood in front of me her boobs were touching my arm and whenever she hand me something she does it gentle and slowly so our hands can touch .she rub her fingers on my back when she walked past me asking me something. Whenever we're working together she talks to me non stop and even stares at me sometimes sshe is seeing someone tho she mentioned but what do you think?

Before my coworker and i began dating, she was all the time talking to me getting my attention and since we were friends for a few years already, the change in her attitude was pretty obvious, she grabbed my arm, her eyes always made contact with mine in a very peculiar way, there were always subtle touches with her hand, our legs, etc. so going with that experience, i'll say that you coworker probably likes you.

Yes to the rest of your post except for this part... What I mean is, if I liked a girl with a boyfriend and I was getting the feeling that she liked me too, I wouldn't just stand back and wait for her to be single before making a move... She might not ever be single if the guy is decent enough and she feels like I'm keeping a distance. Of course I wouldn't go all homerun on her ass, but you have to find a balance between respectful distance and letting her know that you're interested. The "if you want to be with me great, I'm all for it, but me and only me".
