It's scientifically proven.................
Acne is a hormonal imbalance and is fed from the oils released from sebaceous glands.
There's no cure for acne, except for age.Â
Use Acutane, that shit fixes acne and makes it so it never comes back. You need to be approved by a dermatologist though.metroidprime55If you're male that'll f-- up your endocrine system, and if you get simple basic breakouts it's not worth it.

My brother is a dietitian who has conducted extensive research into the link between diet and acne.
It turns out that that link isn't as strong as people may suppose and that stress tends to play a greater role in causing acne.
Still, if it's a dietary adjustment you're looking for, you may wish to consider coconut milk. Â My brother swears by it.
This blog (not written by my brother) contains anecdotes about the effectiveness of coconut milk in acne treatment.

Im currently using that... Proactive is much less about the product and more about its marketing. That is why it says "Guthy-Renker" on their products. Just buy benzoyl peroxide and some moisturizer.

You never got an itch on your face?
Nothing helps Acne, it only goes away over time. Toph_Girl250Really now? I haven't had acne in my 20s at all.. then all of a sudden I get two pimples near my mouth after three years of being acne free. Don't say never lapnicks.

Men generally don't get acne after puberty; unless you're in the rare 1% or on Anabolic Steroids. Women get it for ever due to the instability of their hormonal levels (Mentrual cycle). Also I wouldn't consider pimples, or "white heads" as acne, though they are - the acne I think TC is referring to is probably the red scabish kind. You're also an adult you most likely have HSV.

Don't feel bad like 90% of all adults worldwide have it.

solvents? like water
like isocyanides.I use to have really bad acne, but I went on Acutane for about 6 months and my skin has been crystal clear ever since. Â
Thats the only legit thing I've found to clear my face, so the best thing I can suggest for you is to visit your local Dermatologist for help.Â
Never heard of this silly myth before. When I was 13-15 I had bad acne. I washed my face regularily to try prevent more from popping up. It eventually went away. But I think that was with my aging.
I'm gonna guess that messing with it is probably gonna make it worse. Â Go to the doctor. Â They have all kinds of treatments for acne now that actually work. ÂI am 16 and have moderate acne and im wondering will spreading oatmeal on my face help my acne or be good for my skin? Or is this a long myth and a joke to make people put food on there face?
