I've been watching this on tv... how can this work for you... how can you get that kind of result in 90 days?

I started to go to gym again... after a whole year skiping it, I go like three times a week cause of my busy week schedule. But i want crazy result like P90X. Is this for real or just stick to my gym and keep on lifting.

My personal belief is nothing beats good ol' fashion weight lifting at the gym, but from what I've seen the program is very challenging so I imagine it would have some pretty good results. I usesome of it (like the ab workout) in conjunction with my regular workout schedule to keep things a bit fresh.

If you stay with it, yes. I have not been able to do that, however :P

Almost every time I start it I get about a month in before I get a role in a show or something and don't have time to do it every day. But I always look better at the end of those months.

It's worthy getting just for the ab workout, it's fantastic.

I see this workout being done everyday at my gym. I say it probably can give you the results it promises if you're committed to the workout. I know a couple people who've done it for well over 90 days and they're physique looks great.

I would still recommend treadmill, and elliptical, and the Total Gym actually works well.

Of course it works, its not magic or anything. You lift alot of weights, do alot of cardio and eat properly and if you can keep that up 90 days then yes its going to work. But this workout is mainly for those who arent exactly fat because otherwise you would die from a heart attack while trying to keep this up.

It's a very good program and ofcourse it works. Any program can work if you're willing to train your hardest and understand your bodies limits and push yourself to your max. Thats what the p90X does. It CAN make you look great in 90 days, but so would going to the gym everyday for 90 days also. The p90x is for people uneducated about body training and it teaches them how to make a schedule that suits them and the workouts are REALLY intense. If you don't already have a muscular/average type of build I'd recommend you buy P90 and not P90x and once you get your body in decent shape then you do P90X and then P90Xtreme.

You need a really good fitness/strength base for it to be the least bit effective, it is not the right set for someone who isn't currently very active to participate in, because it's extremely hard...it's designed to take a good "fit" fitness level, and make it even better.
