I assume we are all gamers, but we are all here a lot lol
It used to a lot. Back when I cared about my post count, I'd be on here for hours. I actually really loved being part of the forums back then because it was so lively and there was always something to post about. Nowadays, I'm only here when I'm bored at work. The thing that cuts into my video game time now is reading. I've been doing a lot more reading than I have lately, and I'm actually struggling with it because I really just want to sit down for a good few hours with Octopath Traveler.
During at work or at home, I multitask on both fronts. At work, I'm always on the working station on the computer and sometimes, I'll come to GS forums and see what's up with my pals here. At home, I'm always on my gaming PC and I come to GS just to take a quick break from gaming and go back to where I left off with ease. So yeah, I kinda cut back on my gaming during my break time and when I do game on my PS4, I stay on my PS4 until I'm really tired from all of my techno stuff around me. And another thing, GS is the only gaming site I love to come and it's why I'm always here lol.
I barely come to GS on mobile, even gaming on consoles, I won't use Mobile to cut my gaming time.
Mostly on GS at work... sometimes at home.
But I know there's gotta be a few fanboys on here who spend more time on GS than actually play games.
Nah. I don't tend to play 1 hour of gaming after work and that's it. I come on here at home whenever there's something to write abotu.

Im jealous. I told myself I would get back into playing music, videogames and reading more. I have been doing a lot of the first two but just cant force myself to read

Try audiobooks. It works for me.

And that's the problem. You shouldn't ever force yourself to read. How I got back into reading was just feeling like I wanted to read again and then I did it. I'm play games a bit and then be like, "Ok, time for a break so I'll lay down and read." I developed a routine. I always read in the morning after I wake up, and then again before bed. It's gotten to the point where I don't feel normal if I'm not reading something during those times of day. But, you really have to find engaging books to read. That's the tricky part. I work at a library, so it's pretty easy for me to find something to read, but if you aren't a library goer, I'd strongly recommend going at least once a week. And like @Serraph105 suggested, audiobooks are great as well, because you can listen to them while doing something else. Personally, I always prefer actual books because I like to read at my own pace instead of having someone else read to me, meaning I'd have to pause, rewind, find my place again, etc.

Audiobooks are atm pointless for me. I would zone out of listening to it and not get a single thing said.
Not really. I'm either not gaming anyway, or taking a break between gaming sessions (like I am doing now).

I remember those days. We posted pictures of ourselves doing fun things, play forum games (photoshop this, ylyl, etc) we would kind of know each other, and there was (almost) always something fun to talk about being posted. And we were just big enough to where you could count on this stuff happening regularly, but small enough to where you wouldn't feel ignored very often.
I know that the solution is to start it back up, post interesting content, and be personal while also having the patience for the community to grow once again, but I think that's something a younger, less busy, crowd to really take up the mantle of.

Yeah, I've tried that several times. It's just hard to do now because most of the people who really cared about the community was driven off and the current community now is a lot different. The advent of other social media avenues also detracts from the traffic here.

I hear ya. Honestly I'm on reddit a lot more now than I am here. The community isn't as friendly as gamespot OT of yesteryear, but at least they're big and active.
As of this post I average 14 posts a year, so no.
Lurking, or just dont come here often?
