Almost every thread I post in, after I submit it I get a message saying my HTML was not well formed.  So I retype it.  Same thing...It's not important or anything, but it's getting soo annoying.  The old forums haven't had this problem in a long time.

This happen to you too?

It's actually pretty easy to fix. I'm not very good at explaining things so hopefully another user can teach you but there is a way.

It only seems to happen when there are quotes involved. Sometimes I just highlight everything and change the font and size. If that doesn't work I get pissed and forget about it.

I don't run into that problem much, although I don't use the WYSIWYG editor which is usually the problem.

I think it comes from double-spacing. If you don't double-space in between sentences you should be able to post. Which is really annoying because I always double-space.

I never double space and I still get it. :(

There must be a few different causes then. Once I stopped double-spacing I don't get it anymore.

I would just use the quick reply or quick quote button, as I have never had a problem with that before.

I always get that.  My work-around is just throwing empty quote tags into my post.

Wait for the page to say done in the loading bar and you won't get this error as often.

Happens to me occasionaly. There are 2 reasons for it with me: double-spacing or having a space at the start of the post. [space]Hi[space]there! or Hi[space][space]there!

I usually use the quick quote/reply buttons but I get it sometimes. I just click submit again and it works.

Usually it's an error I can fix by just hitting submit again after I get the message saying my html is not well formed.

I hardly get it, but when I do, I try again, and it works.
