hmm.. well this is new orleans. Parents get life insurance on their kids at the age of like 12. Most likely, those kids will grow up to be killers. He really wasn't joking

Yeah, it sucks. You will find this sort of thing in the slums of every country though, not just America. The kids seem dangerous, but for the most part its all an image.

Well, considering new orleans has the highest all time murder rate of all time, with 85.5 murders per 100,000 people, it's not an image. If new orleans was the size of L.A., it would have had 3,000 murders in one year. Insane. It's not an image.. it has been horrible down there for years. People are just now starting to really document it with film.. like that guy is doing. That video is tame compared to what it's really like. I've watched another one where gunshots actually broke out during filming during a parade.

A lot of it is still image.

Maybe in the suburbs.. but not in the projects like that video was in.
