i hate shows such as indian idol and kaun banega like shows, (both are adopted from who wants to be a millionarie and american idol), where people cry and cry and cry, i hate to view competition shows as someone wins or losses, but why would i ever even bother to know about that one?! i mean who care on who wins and losses. and there are quite some competition shows where there is a lot crying and its annoying me, and then there is something like fear factor, for money people will eat anything, i think the makers are maniacs or freaks or evil as its beyond bearable to view such shows. ofcourse i do not watch it anymore. inshort someone cries and wins and losses, but why i be bothered with it?! one got his own issues in life. generally i do not view such shows but my mother does not let me watch anime instead of these shows. so i am angry with such shows.
as i said before, i am forced to view them and the only option left is to go my bed as i would only switch to tv when i am done playing. that too forced to stop playing! so i still have to hear the shows and that still annoys me. i think i will keep hands on my ears.
my mom is watching and i got nothing to do then either watch them or sleep and while sleep i have to bear to hear them. no i cannot turn the tv off nor can i change the stupid channel. cry and cry, clap and clap, win and lose. show is over. i am too annoyed and angered with it, yet i know i will have to hear them.
What do you live in a one room apartment? Slip your mom some alcohol in her coffee or tea so she will fall asleep then you can turn to what you want to watch. Just kidding about the alcohol...don't really do that. ;)
i do not live in one room, i live in a flat with 3 rooms, hall and kitchen pal and please no such jokes. the volume is so high that even while not viewing i am hearing it. other then that at night my small brother starts teen shows such as hannan montana and raven and i think these are kids/teens shows not for me, overall i get around a hour or two and i see these days in tv is the boring wrestling and nice anime. on a /not fear factor makers are evil in my opinion, i do not what is the fun to view other people suffering from eating the uneatable and it specially is annoying to me because i am a veg boy and i do not even eat egg full cakes. so yeah fear factor is the worse show and i am glad i am not viewing it anymore but also ashamed having to be have viewed some episodes, yuk.
I don't really watch tv that much I play games most of the time, yes I agree with you stupid tv shows are annonying but I hate the adds more they get you everytime even when you change to another channel, Thats why I usually put on a DVD if I want to watch a movie. :)
thanks quest, tv is boring, anime and wrestling are the only two interesting thing i find to watch, ofcourse comedy movies too is worth watching, but the shows bother me the most and i make sure i do not watch them nor let anyone else cause there is only one tv in my house. as far as the ads are concerned i am not bothered by them, they can be skipped by changing the channel infact thats the only time i can get my anime to be viewed, as soon as the ads are over then its back to stupid shows thanks to my mom.
sure but there is no way she would agree to wear them. nor would my brother. its fate i guess, i hate to view the news as well, who cares what has happen to him/her?! or what happened in that city today heck i do not care whats happening in my town. my mother likes to know about crimes and stuff about celebrity, whom i do not give any care to view, all they do is make sure they get their faces on tv, all i care is having her with me.

There's so much crap on TV, I can't be bothered. I watch the occational documentary on the public service channels here in Sweden, not much else. Other than that I mostly watch and read the news on the web - I have a TV mainly for watching movies and playing games.
well pal i am sure there would be plenty of channels in us and uk where there will be something for all things as well. so cable there is way better then here in my country.
Basically everything and anything on the new Nickelodeon, Disney, and MTV make me want to shake a legion of babies. Other than that, nothing on tv really bugs me.
