DON VITO on SUICIDE watch!!

Vincent "Don Vito" Margera has been placed under suicide watch following his conviction Wednesday on two felony counts of sexual assault on a child, his lawyer Pamela Mackey confirmed, according to The Denver Post.

The report claims Margera is currently at a Level 1 status, meaning there are limitations on his movement and that he is under suicide watch. According to the Post, Mackey isn't sure if Margera tried to kill himself or threatened suicide at the jail where he was being held. His sentencing is scheduled for December 20, and Margera faces anywhere from two years to life behind bars. He will remain in police custody until his sentencing (MTV).

GOLDEN, Colo., Nov. 1 (UPI) -- Vincent Margera, star of MTV's "Viva La Bam," threw himself on the floor of a Colorado courtroom and sobbed when he was found guilty of molesting two girls.

Margera was convicted on two counts of sexual assault on a child for fondling the breasts of two girls -- one 12 and the other 14 -- during a photo op and autograph session at the Colorado Mills skate park last year, the Rocky Mountain News reported.

Margera, 51, collapsed in the courtroom Wednesday upon hearing the verdict on the first count. "I can't spend the rest of my (expletive) life in jail! Just (expletive) kill me now!" he bellowed, knocking down defense attorney Pamela Mackey as he landed on the floor.

The announcement of a second guilty verdict prompted more wailing from Margera who remained on the ground. "I didn't (expletive) do nothing. You can rot in (expletive) hell," yelled Margera, who is known as Don Vito on "Viva La Bam."

Four deputies dragged the emotional Margera out of the courtroom in handcuffs. Margera faces two to six years to life in prison or could get probation when he is sentenced on Dec. 20.

If I ever have kids and find out that someone has been touching them, I swear to god I would beat the living hell out of them. I'm surprised it took this long for someone to go after him. Any photo op with a girl, he will try to cup the breast whenever he can. Did it to one of my college friends (she was 21 though, not that big a deal as 12/14)

The penalties are too harsh in my opinion. I'm assuming the girls are unharmed and alive. I don't believe a man should be in prison for life if no one is dead or physicially hurt. 2 years sounds reasonable perhaps. They volunteered to get pictures taken, not get their breasts fondled with. I wouldn't let my kids get their pictures taken with him but you would you think that as an adult he would know what lines he should cross and what lines he shouldn't cross. I doubt a 12 year old girl went up to Don vito and asked him to fondle her, honestly now.

Those girls voluntarily took pictures with that guy. You'd have to be a really bad parent to let your daughter take a picture with an old fat guy. They probably asked him to touch them as part of the picture.

Do you think that he deserves even a year in jail? All he did was touched 2 underage girls. he did NOT hurt them nor had sex with them. I hate the argument that they could be "scarred" for life. Nobody in their right mind would get scarred because someone touched them. I hate to say this, but if you are weak enough to get scarred because someone touched you, then you deserve it. Would it affect you if someone grabbed your crouch when you were that age? If you said yes, then you are lieing.
