maybe a judge will throw it out but the cops wont the point behind handing out the ticket was because the cop saw the jaywalking as a cause leading up to the event that wouldn't have happened if the people had not been jaywalking in the first place. (this is the cops thoughts not my own) I personally think it is crap for sure I mean a driver who isn't paying attention to the things on the road shouldn't be on the road.

Well I for one have learned a valuble lesson from this. If I ever see a pre school on fire with a bunch of adorable children inside, I'll wait until I find the proper crossing area before trying to save anyone.:P
