dont you guys just hate craigslist

dude dont even get me started on craigslist, how come when you sell something for CHEAP, you still get these kids asking for a deal? what kind of cardboard box are they living in? i put up my 2 week old xbox 360 slim 4GB for $120, and i have a couple of kids asking to get it for $100. same with the other stuff i put up for sale.

and thats for just selling stuff, dont u get annoyed when youre looking for a job and you see job titles asking for females and dont say anything about males? that really pisses me off. then sometimes you get the occasional idiot who doesnt know how to give directions to meet up, who also doesnt have a cellphone, and you both waste eachothers time meeting up. dont u guys really hate the people on this website?

I wouldn't pay more than $100 for it either. It's used. Do I have any way of verifying that you, as the seller, are being truthful about the two-week old claim? Why would you be selling so soon after getting it? What's wrong with it?

Why don't you return it instead of selling it if it's only 2 weeks old...?

It does have a bad reputation and for good reason much of the time. Lots of scammers and creeps. But they make it interesting. I read our local craigslist all the time to laugh at the gross and creepy personal ads. And I did find a legitimate job off craigslist once so it's not all bad.

Just ignore the people who lowball. I sold a 40" Sharp Aquos on there a few weeks ago and people were offering me $100 for it. They obviously were hitting the crack or something.

Think of Craigslist as a Flea Market, even if you have th lowest price in the state some yahoo is going to try and work you.

I've had many laughs at some of the people trying to whore themselves out on that thing. The pictures are also great and filled with detail.

it can be your best friend or worst enemy. Sometimes when people go low balling on you then yeah i hate it. You can get some great stuff on it though 8)

Never used it before, but I know that it provided an old friend of mine with some varied job opportunities, and even got one of my family members a steady line of work as well! I'm not saying the site itself is without its flaws, but then again, it seems more of the users doing than it is the actual site that's to blame.

The Job posting section is great. At least in my area. I've found some great jobs on there. I'm currently working for a company I found on Craigslist.
