dont you hate when some d*ck tells you to go to google when you ask a question in the forums, i mean if i wanted to go to google i would. i know what google is beleive it or not but i think the less google knows about me the better. yes, im paranoid..so what?

Well I usually google it first...so no. I dont have questions because I google it.

If it's something that you can get a clear answer on then you can just go to google since your thread will continue to exist while your quesion could be answered by like the first person that replies.

If you want a discussion then make a thread. As far as the paranoia thing, um why do you not want to use google? I'm not understanding you.

The problem is a lot of the kids on here don't seem to be able to find anything out themselves. This forum is not Yahoo Answers. It's a discussion forum.

Sometimes people ask genuinely stupid questions that can be answered if they just googled the sameexact words thatthey post. So yeah, some of them kinda deserves it.

No, actually it's in good taste to ask someone a question only if you can't find it or if you want someone's personal input on whatever you're asking. Many times if you search for something (doesn't have to be Google) first, you save yourself personal embarrassment and prevent from annoying others. These boards aren't really Q&A anyway; they're discussion.

It depends on the subject matter I suppose, it's really annoying when somebody takes the time to create a post with a question that's so easily answered by just going to Google.

I'd Google it first, but if someone posts a question, I'll Google it, answer as best I can, then tell them to use Google. :P

If the question has an answer that is easily found by googling then it's not really worthy of a thread.

I do tell people to look things up (at ___ place) when it's something that's been answered 5000000 times in the past or that can easily be found just by simply searching though.
