no its not, i know a guy that drives 6 hours to LA (from the pheonix area in AZ) to get a haircut from a barber in the ghetto. whats even worse, i know a girl that goes to italy (from AZ) monthly to get her hair done.

Yes it is. I have never paid more than 12 bucks on a haircut, and that is with a mirror in front of me to check what the hell the barber is doing.

The Second City is much more familiar to me than "The Chi". I've seen it's presence in both cities.
EDIT: I've only seen it's presence in New York and Chicago, and I just realized there was one in Los Angeles and Vegas.

i no what u mean...i got my hair cut a couple days ago and they must up on my sides. I could of went back but i was to lazy. so i fixed it my self.
