I wouldn't say I love it. It's something that has to be done.

Dude... two hours? How the heck do you prevent over training? I go six days a week for 45 minutes each session.

I do it 5 times a week too (unless I'm really sore the next day) and yes it can be very enjoyable.

I work out every other day for about an hour. Some people need to work out longer.

An hour isn't terrible. I mean, your hormone levels drop after 45 minutes, but an hour isn't terrible... and if you're doing that half of the week, you're getting enough rest.

I don't really love it but I enjoy the health benefits and the feeling of accomplishment after a good work out. It's been a few months since I've worked out and its really been taking a toll on me. I gotta get to the gym again asap.

Yes, i love lifting weight but cardio . . . not so much. I still do cardio but i don't enjoy it very much.

I take a week break from weight lifting every 12 weeks (highly suggest this, a week of rest is good for muscle growth) and this is my week off and ive been kinda depressed all week. Can't wait til i get back to the gym Sunday.

No I don't, in fact I've never went to a gym. I'd much rather play sports than work out.

Yeah, I enjoy working out. However I always have to limit it because I can't have sore muscles from excessive lifting in the middle of a basketball game.

I wouldn't say I love it. It's something that has to be done.MrPraline
I agree, If I could sit down and do something else and get the same results as I would with weight training, Running etc I would rather do nothing.

Working out is boring. I go 4-5 times a week, and only for a hour each time, but I don't enjoy it. If I didn't work out I'd be a fat ass so I must go.

sometimes working out can be fun, at certain times, a good run is something I need to get my mind off things, as well as keep fit.

working out 5 days a week is too much. You gotta let your muscles heal, that's how they get bigger... But yes, I enjoy working out. I really enjoy the results more than anything though
