So here's the deal, and it may sound stupid. I'm really skinny and have been playing football since i was 8. I used to be one of the bigger kids and used to be really good, but now I am really small compared to my other team mates. Apparently I'm really skinny because I have a fast metabolism. I don't know much about health or the human body, but I want to try and bulk up quite a bit by next season so that I can start to better against people bigger than me. Am I cursed because of my fast metabolism, or is there a way to get bigger without steroids and stuff. I've starting to lift weights more and its been helping a little. Any suggestions?
