Double standards stinks.

So I work part time as a delivery boy at Pizza Hut and there is this only girl driver who is cute and everything, but what I hate about her is that she is always coming in with a crap load of tips. Makes more tips than I do and every other driver in the store. There was this one day where this one driver has been working all day and made as much tip as the girl and she was only there for four hours. She is one of those "oh look at your little hat and your little pizza bag, aren't you cute?" girls. I can't stand it, everyone gets pissed off about it, but there is nothing you can do about it. So let me ask you this, if a cute or hot chick came at your door with your pizza, would you tip her more than you would if a regular guy delivered it to you?Ilived

That goes without being said in any retail situation. Heres a tip "stay in school and find a better job". Unless you have giant knockers!!!

I'd like to know too. Even more curious are the waiters at drive in places like Sonic. At my local Sonic, the wait staff all get minimum wage + tips andmany people tip them the same as at a real restaurant. I mean, if you've got money to burn that's one thing, but paying someone for doing their job is kind of strange in my opinion.

Edit: I didn't complete my thought. I think everyone should be paid more than minimum wage. It's just strange to tip the same amount for an easy job that you would tip for a difficult job.

Well in my country tipping is quite uncommon. That is unless you're either too lazy to wait for them to give you change, or under extraordinary circumstances where service is particularly excellent.

I'd tip them exactly the same. I calculate tips beforehand and leave the money on the shelf by my front door. So when the pizza delivery person gets here, it doesn't matter if he/she is Angelina Jolie or The Elephant Man. The money on my shelf is what they get.

A large pizza is like 6 bucks (Super cheap, that's why I order from there) , and it is right down the street, so the delivery cost is virtually nothing.

i'm cheap when i tip, regardless of who it is. its always an indian guy who delivers to me anyway haha

We don't tip them where I live but i'm always worried that the trend might of kicked in without me knowing it lol. When I hand them a £20 note and wait for the change I sometimes expect them to attack me.

Hehe yeah i doubt the pizza girl would do that actually. The girls in the club will, it's the game some play. It's not uncommon. I mean there is always the chance, the slim, slim chance they just don't know a better approuch then to ask you for a drink directly but are very interested in you (don't take that the wrong way :P). But most likley, it's a scam to get a cheap night out from single guys.
