Dragons and Libraries

Ok there are two movies that i forgot the names of but these are both like 20 years old or so.

The first movie was about these two people playing a board game, something like dungeons and dragons. Anyway the two people get stuck in the game realm and end up as dragons one was red another was green. Also much of this film was animated if not all of it.

The second movie was about an enchanted library where this young kid who wore glasses, read these books and magic happened and the boy was changed from a human to a cartoon because of a wave of colorful magic coming through the library or something.

Anyway both of these movies are part of my childhood and sadly i don't remember either of their names. If anyone could help me out that would be great.

The second one was The Pagemaster. I loved that movie.

I don't know what the first one is, but it sounds interesting. Tell me when you know.
