Drake vs Lil Wayne

Which one do you think is better?



One the one we have Drake who started out as the wheelchair kid on that teen tv show, then all of a sudden he's a hardcore rapper. Lol he's got mad flow though and blew up in 2 years as opposed to Wayne who took much longer. He's a superstar no doubt and shows no signs of slowing down.....at all.



Then on the other hand we have the infamous Weezy F Baby. It took him longer to get to where he is now but he never gave up, not since he started back in his days with The Hot Boys, Juvenile, Big Tymers and many others. Now almost every song these days no matter the genre is featuring Lil Wayne.

So what does OT think? I'm going with Drake. I do like Wayne but in my opinion Drizzy is just better in every way. Looks, Swagg, Flow, and all around popularity.

Can't stand Drake, but I like some of Lil Wayne's songs. So I'll go with him. He has an interesting voice and some of his rhymes make me lol.

I don't listen to either of them.

where is the option for both of them being absolutely terrible and talentless?

I'm not anti rap/hip-hop. They both are just terrible. I like how you called Drake a 'hardcore' rapper lol. I'm surprised at how much I dislike Lil Wayne because unorthodox strange rappers are some of my favorites like ODB but he almost exclusively raps about eating p**** and it's annoying.

Overall I give it to Wayne for actually being a credible rapper but he needs to stop laughing and saying 'uh' every punchline but hell hes making millions he doesn't need to try anymore.

I don't like either of them, but I hate Drake MUCH less. Lil Wayne sounds like a whinny kid. I can't stand him. At least Drake looks like a normal person.....

Besides, Lollipop and A Milli are from like 2008..that's not that old. The guy's probably had a dozen+ hits without Drake.

a. Lil Wayne recently has focused on making new stars with Young Money. It obviously worked with Nicki Minaj...Drake was blowing up on his own but Young Money helped bring him to another level. So yeah, Wayne and Drake have a bunch of hits together but that's more because Wayne was helping make him a star. Not the other way around.

Lil Wayne because of his punchlines and the energy he brings to tracks. Judging drake purely on his undeground songs I'd say lyrically he's the better rapper though so I choose drake over Lil wayne.
