Drivers: Do you have a 'Parent's arm'?

When you stop the car quickly, your arm goes out in front of whoever is in the passenger's seat.

My mom does this, even when I'm belted in. I always thought it was weird but now, almost instinctively, I do it too.

My dad does it as a joke, and he says, "I just saved your life". But he does it all the time. :lol:cool_baller

I have done that on occasions in the past, but not in a long time - I think I have only done when unexpected danger is possible type of thing.
