Take the battery out and get a bag of dry rice (probably white rice) and put both of them in there and leave it for a few days. Probably the cheapest and best way to dry it out that i can think of.
Man I know that stinks... litterally. :lol::P Try going to your cell phone dealer and see what you can get but before doing that, try blow drying the battery and phone. If you don't have that then air dry it.
