Man this REALLY REALLY ugly chick likes me and now I just pray to God that she doesn't ask me out. When i first heard it it made me want to throw up I literally staryted convulsing at the thought. If you don't talk to her, she should get the hint. I had the same problem, but the more she talked to me and the less I talked back, the less interested she got, and she found some other unlucky sucker. I also had the benefit of going away to college a couple of years later, but avoidance should be good enough to work.
Otherwise, you're just going to have to man up and tell her that you aren't attracted to her. If you don't want to hurt her feelings, just tell her that it wouldn't work, personality, whatever.
Or you could just do the smack and run thing, but that's up to you.Â
