One of the many dumb things I've done:
I've never taken Chemistry in High School, I took some easy science classes instead to get the credits. This dude I knew gave me a few pieces of thin metal. He told me that they were 'Magnesium Strips." He said that they glow white when you put a flame to them, and said it looked cool.
I pocked the strips, and pretty much forgot about them. When I got home from school, I found them in my pocket. Taking my lighter (unfortunately, I was STILL a smoker back then) I put the flame to the strip. The thing went off like a sparkler. It startled me, and I accidentally dropped it- right into the garbage can in my room that happened to be filled with newspaper.
The bonfire in my room took some explaining to the parents. =P

Warhammer 40,000
It's a tabletop strategy RPG game.
The race depicted in my sig and avvy are The Space Marines.
Hmm haha that is like total nerd to the extreme, although it does look cool:P
"zomg lkie, posting in dis thredd LAWL"
Really though, the last time our computer had to get reworked I forgot to save all my writing to a disc, and lost it all. Luckily, most were short stories I pretty much knew by heart, and when I rewrote them they actually turned out better.
