Well, the fastest way is to starve yourself for long periods of time, and I guess...it's not hard because it's the LACK of doing something...although it's unhealthy as all hell.
despite popular belief
a healthy diet and excercise is the best possible way to lose weight and really the only way you should do it
easiest or fastest?
have a bowelmovement
Drink more water and cut back on sodas/soft drinks/alcohol etc. Cook your meals have a healthy amount of meat , vegetables in it.Don't eat fast food as often. If you in school join some sports club.
Replace snack foods like Potato Chips with a nice Apple or Banana, trust me, they taste good too.
Also, go to the gym at least 4 times a week if possible.
One more thing, don't eat within the hour you go to sleep.
I would say a healthy diet, a workout program at the gym (at least three day´s a week), drink alot of water+ 2cups of green tea daily. Other then that, sleep well, avoid stress. Do i know what im talking about? well, i was almost 130kg in year 2000. Now im 75kg and pretty well trained.
There is none unless you want to end up unhealthy and / or with loose skin and stretch marks. Go to your doctor and find out weight and daily maintenance calories. Then eat 200 - 500 less then your maintenance calories (adjusting until you find the right number) in order to lose between 1 & 2 pounds a week. Do at least 3 and no more then 6 weight training sessions a week as you will need at least 1 full day of rest. Cardio is not a must but it would definitely be helpful.
As far as diet is concerned do your research and come up with the best and realistic plan for yourself to follow. Cut out all junk food until you get your meal plan down. You''ll want Protein (Baked Chicken, Lean Steak, Tuna, Turkey, Whey Protein Powder), Complex Carbohydrates (Oatmeal, Brown Rice, Sweet Potatoes & Whole Wheat Bread & Pasta), Fats (Almonds, Fish, Fish Oil, Natural Peanut Butter, Olive Oil) and finally Fruits & Vegetables which I don't need to go into. Also drink at least 2 liters of water per day.
The rest is just time and patience.
Stop trying to take shorcuts and do it the proper way. With a healthy diet and consistent exercise. It will take YEARS, are you prepared for that?bobaban
How to lose weight in five easy steps- designed by me (all rights reserved):D
1. Join military .
2.Pass training volunteering for HMG section .
3.Visit strange exotic places carrying your dear M 60 ( Afghanistan preferred destination).
4.Run away from enemies often (preferably up and down hill's and mountains ).
5. Look in the mirror and thank Uncle Sam for exercising McDonald's demons out of you.
I lost about 20 pounds in 3 months by going to the gym 3 days a week and stopped eating all junk food, fast food, and sodas. You don't even have to work out if you don't want to. Just stop eating the unhealthy stuff and you'll gradually lose weight.
a complete change in diet and daily exercise regime is hardly the easiest way. In fact, it's probably the most difficult. If it was easy, everyone walking down the street would look like supermodels.

It's the healthiest way though. All the other 'shortcuts' will have adverse effects on your health, that or cost a lot of money.
Well, what are you most willing to tolerate: the persistent, gnawingpain of being hungry; or the intense, temporary pain of vigorous exercise? No matter what, self-discipline and suffering must be involved in weight loss. If I had a goal weight in mind, and some motivation, I would limit my diet exclusively to fresh fruits and vegetables, low-fat proteins (e.g. fish, soy, whey), fat-free dairy, and whole grains (e.g. brown rice, whole wheat bread); and, I would throw in some moderate exercise each day (e.g. 45 mins of cycling, 20 mins of swimming, 45 mins of high repetition weight lifting, running in place for 30 mins,whatever...), until I reached my desired weight. After you've reached your goal weight, it only takes weighing yourself daily, and a little bit of discomort each day to maintain it (e.g. one less cookie, no potato chips with lunch, etc...).
Bottom line: CALORIES IN < CALORIES BURNED --> SUFFERING.
Eat healthy meals and exercise daily. I know it sounds easy, that's because it is EASY!
Give it a month or 2 and you will see a huge change. Don't give up.
Drink water, and only water..AND lots of water. It speeds up your metabolism. EDIT: You should actually make some protien shakes too.
Eat two good meals twice a day, no junk food, don't eat within three hours of sleeping.
Go running/jogging three times a week. If you can everyday...If you really want to lose weight, every morning and every night.
its not easy or fast to lose weight.
accept this, and learn to cope with it, because depending on how overweight you are, you got a long road ahead of you and whatever life changes you make to lose the weight, you will have to maintain them for the rest of your life.
Well, you definitely don't want to do the fastest... cause there really are none. But I lost weight pretty fast, but we're all different.
January 09 - 318lbs
November 1st 09 (When I stopped) - 175lbs.
I once weighed 345 lbs, and now I'm 171 lbs., although I'm told I should stand to gain weight as I'm told I look no more than 150lbs.
Here's what I did, maybe it'll work for you:
1 - Just eat more frequent portions, smaller ones albeit. I only started doing this recently, as I only ate twice or three times in total until the summer each day. And drink plenty of water, maybe cranberry Juice, it'll clean out your system. I drank Flax Seed often for fiber purposes.
2 - Walk. You don't have to join a gym or anything, I 'walked' a controlled length twice a day, totalling a length of around 8.4 miles, aside from walking to and from College.
3 - Be strict with yourself. This is a must. Have faith and believe in yourself.
4 - Count calories. It's a bit odd at first but if you do with everything, you'd be surprised, how much you were once eating.
5 - Optional: Having support.
Oh, and sometime I had to 'trick' by eating less or more. But then again, sometimes I had to starve myself on some days. =(
It's a long road, but I've been there and it's MORE than worth it.
