I ordered a game on ebay about two weeks ago. The seller has only sent me two messages which were useless info as in leaving rep. I never got the shipped item message from paypal and when I asked him for the tracking number on saturday he said he forgot it at work and he would send it on sunday, he has not sent it yet i sent him another message eariler in the day and he has still said nothing.

Advice appreciated

thanks

Inform him that you're ready to contact Paypal and your credit card company if he doesn't give you the tracking number. Unless it was an international shipment, it shouldn't take two weeks to get to your house.

Give him like 5 more days before you start making some calls.

it's been long enough. don't give him more time. tell him right away that you're going to leave negative feedback if he doesn't give you the tracking number within 24 hours or refund your money via paypal. then, follow through on it. he will also leave you negative feedback. but that's how it goes. you can add a comment to his feedback to indicate why, i.e., "seller retaliated for negative that he earned by failing to ship package in two weeks."

Nah, I've had some sellers that take their sweet time with things. Not good, of course, but it doesn't mean that you should start filling complaints just yet. Just try contacting him and give him a few extra days. Once he fails to comply with that, you have a pretty solid case against him and it should be relatively easy to get your money back.

I should tell you to contact your credit card company immediately, though. Just to see how they will handle it in the near future.
