I watched Fight Club not so long ago and I'm thinking to myself, "He's in some good movies but I dont think I like him as an actor." Like his characters are cool but he doesnt do so hot in acting. Do you like him?

I feel the same way but mind you, I've only seen him in The Hulk. I think the Hulk was his most lax performance. Watch Fight Club, The Score, American History X or the Illusionist to really get a feel for his acting style.

I agree with the TC here. Edward Norton is by no means a bad actor, but he very rarely pushes himself past a certain emotional level. He does not truly plunge himself into a role, he always leaves an impression of himself on a character. I've seen Fight Club, American History X, The Illusionist, what people consider to be his strongest movies. All of these were good movies I felt could have been made great with a different actor playing his part. I watched these movies, always faintly annoyed with his reluctance to dive in, but he does have a few moments where he really embodies his characters. He has the potential to be better, he's still young and can grow as an actor.

I like his acting and enjoy seeing him in movies, but I don't consider him to be a "chameleon". That title goes to actors such as Gary Oldman, Day-Lewis, Ralph Fiennes, etc.
Chameleon is basically a term for an actor who can perfectly transform into their given role. Little to none of their performances are similar.

I think he's a wonderful actor. He's actually my favorite living actor. He's been in some great movies and he's given some fantastic performances... plus, well, he's incredibly hot, if you ask me. ;)

Another movie I liked of his was Primal FearFandangle
That movie is pretty much saved by Norton's performance. I found it dragged on and there was too much legal talk. But Norton's character really makes it worthwhile.
